It offers an interesting insight into private aviation, making it a distinctive stop for families looking for unusual activities near Houston. We spoke with a friendly team member who explained how private aircraft charters work, which added an educational element to the visit.

I had always assumed private flights were reserved only for celebrities. Still, I learned that the cost of a return flight between Houston and San Francisco for six passengers can be comparable to commercial airfare. The convenience is remarkable. There are no lengthy security lines, no boarding queues, and a streamlined departure process. You simply arrive and step onboard.

Today, the house is maintained by the Orange Show Center for Visionary Art.
