3 Reasons To Find Your Bali Vacation Villa On Villa Finder

The kids and I have stayed in our share of hotels in Bali, but when we need space and a quiet place to work, our preference is a villa. Somewhere that feels isolated but is still close to restaurants and activities.

The last 2 visits to Bali I was invited to try Villa Finder and I found a plethora of unique and stunning Bali vacation villas to choose from. Let me share my experience.

Variety of Bali Vacation Villas

We have stayed in 4 absolutely gorgeous villas through Villa Finder.

Villa Mas Attman

A modern home in a local location. This villa is all under one rough, which is so different from the usual compound structure. 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large screen TV, a refreshing pool and easy walk to one of the yummiest local restaurants. It also comes equipped with a full kitchen, dining and living room.

Good for: Families with young kids who like to have them in the house with you. Plus the pool is only accessible through doors, unlike most villas.

Any issues: Mas is outside Ubud and you will need transport to get into town. We had our own scooters, but you can find taxis for easy transport too.

Villa Koyama

Location, location, location. This compound villa in Seminyak is walking distance to restaurants, the beach, mini-marts, you name it. It is huge and could fit several families. Outdoor kitchen and dining. Airconditioned living room with TV. Each bedroom is a separate building with its own bathroom and air conditioner. The pool is an unusual shape for Bali and includes a kid’s shallow end.

Good for: Large groups or large families. Those who want to be in the thick of it all.

Any issues: Kid’s bedrooms are located a little distance from the main bedroom.

Villa Melati

An incredible 3 rooms, kitchen, several living areas, bathrooms, and dining areas. The views are to die for. A relaxing pool overlooking the green jungles of Ubud. And a chef who can cook up the best banana pancakes on the island. Best of all it’s remote and completely isolated.

Good for: Romantic getaway for 2 or a place where the kids can make as much noise as they want.

Any issues: Slightly hard to find and get to, however, staff are willing to provide transport.

Villa Lanka

In a sought after part of Ubud, new and Indie. It’s the back property so it’s quiet and private. There are 2 buildings with an outdoor kitchen dining, living and small pool in between. One building has a master bedroom with ensuite. And the other building has 2 bedrooms with ensuites.

Good for: Private residence, quiet, romantic.

Any issues: A little far to walk from town, make sure you book a scooter or transport.

Website Ease In Finding Bali Vacation Villas

The website is so bright and easy to use. Straight away you come across the search filter with dates and locations, which means getting straight down to business.

I also love that there is an online chat to ask any questions straight away.

Straight away you can see the villa’s pricing, no hiding behind booking buttons.

Each villa has previous reviews, the location, it’s features and rates only a tab click away. Plus professional, generously sized images. Every villa has been inspected by the team.

I love that the reviews are certified customers who have stayed on the premises – not just bad competition marketing.

A Whole Bunch of Extras To Add Onto Your Bali Vacation Villa

All of this is great, but my ultimate favorite is the Villa Finder concierge service. Their team manages pre-trip planning, takes requests during the stay and helps anything and everything in between! We managed to contact them on email, phone, WhatsApp and website chat.

Before our stay, the team helped us with transport to and from our villas and the airport.

They organized the most delicious Balinese dinner during our stay at Killa Koyama.

Plus, they even found someone to do an at-home Zumba class with us during our stay in Seminyak.

During our stay we had the lights go out and not come back on. We were able to WhatsApp the team and they organized someone to come out super-fast to fix the issue.

They can organize any special requests from romantic dinners to birthday parties. They love to help our befoe your stay with airport transfers, grocery shopping, child-proofing pools or hiring strollers. And then during the stay, they are happy to help with day trips, chefs, in-villa massages, restaurant bookings, and babysitting.

Wow, sounds like such a divine experience! The Villa Koyama looks gorgeous. I have always wanted to plan a trip to Bali because of its mix of beaches, temples and leisure.
