Day 1 – Fri 12 Mar – Arrival in Hanoi
Arrive in Vietnam’s vibrant capital, meet your fellow travellers, and settle in for the adventure ahead.
Day 2 – Sat 13 Mar – Hanoi Street Food Vespa Adventure
Explore Hanoi like a local as we weave through the city’s hidden streets on vintage Vespas, sampling incredible Vietnamese food along the way.
Day 3 – Sun 14 Mar – Halong Bay Cruise
Journey to Halong Bay and board our premium overnight cruise. Enjoy spectacular scenery, activities on the bay, sunset views, and an unforgettable night on board.
Day 4 – Mon 15 Mar – Halong Bay
Another day in the most magical part of Vietnam – think kayaks, caves, tai chi, and more!
Day 5 – Tues 16 Mar – Halong Bay to Hoi An
Wake up on the bay before returning to Hanoi and flying south to the beautiful lantern town of Hoi An.
Day 6 – Wed 17 Mar – Ba Na Hills & Golden Bridge
Spend the day exploring Ba Na Hills, riding the famous cable car, visiting the Golden Bridge, and taking in panoramic mountain views.
Day 7 – Thur 18 Mar – Marble Mountain, Hoi An Ancient Town & Hoi An Memories Show
Visit Marble Mountains, explore the charming streets of Hoi An, float lanterns on the river, and finish the evening with a spectacular evening Show.
Day 8 – Friday 19th Mar – Cooking Class & Coconut Basket Boats
Of course, we will be starting the day with Vietnamese iced coffee. Experience local village life, visit a market, take part in a Vietnamese cooking class, cruise through the coconut forests in traditional basket boats, and enjoy your final day in Vietnam before departure.

Do I need to organise my own flights?
International flights are not included.
We will provide recommended arrival and departure times so the group travels together.
Do I need to come with someone?
No. Many people come solo.
Most travellers meet their group on day one and leave with new friends.
What is the group size?
This is a small group experience designed for connection, not crowds.
What standard are the hotels?
We stay in carefully selected 5-star boutique accommodation and a premium Halong Bay cruise experience, chosen for comfort, location, and quality.
Is food included?
Daily breakfasts are included, along with selected meals, food tours, cooking experiences, and all meals on the Halong Bay cruise.
Is this a busy itinerary?
It is active, but balanced.
You will have structured experiences plus free time to explore, relax, and enjoy each destination.
What is the payment process?
We take a deposit to secure your place, followed by staged payments before departure. Once you receive your acceptance letter, the deposit details will be included.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes.
You can secure your place with a deposit and pay it off in 6 equal monthly instalments starting in July 2026.
There is no interest, and everything is fully confirmed once your deposit is paid.
What is your refund policy?
All bookings are confirmed with a deposit and secured through our travel supplier partners.
Because this is a small group and the experience is pre-arranged internationally, refunds are limited once bookings are confirmed.
- Deposits are non-refundable as they secure your place and supplier arrangements
- Installment payments are non-refundable once paid
- If you are unable to travel, you may transfer your place to another traveller (subject to approval)
- If the trip is cancelled by us, a full refund will be provided
We strongly recommend travel insurance for all participants.
Is this suitable for solo travellers?
Yes. This trip is designed for solo travellers, couples, and friends. The group dynamic is a big part of the experience.
What if plans change?
All experiences are subject to local conditions and availability. If changes are needed, they will always be replaced with a similar or higher-standard experience.
Is this a party trip?
No.
It is a fun, social, experience-led trip with great energy, but not a party tour.
What age are most of your guests?
We’ve had people as old as 21 and as young as 70. All ages are welcome and included. But please, if you’re under 18, come with a parent.
